The space in me, I found, by sitting still and feel my body. And I have paid a fortune of money on different therapists to tell me what is going on. Instead of just listen to my heart that tried to show me selv-love, instead of judging me as there was something wrong. I am sick of people trying to tell me that it is more complicated than that, couse it's not. I have truly been living in the dark and I have truly accepted it, embraced it & penetrating it, so the light could come in. I have made that space. So can you. It's hard to understand that great voices and artists like Whitney, earlier Amy can fall of the cliff so early in life. The fame, the money, the success din't take away the loneliness they felt. Struggling with life is one thing, we all have to deal with hard times & resistance, but putting drugs into that is a bad mixture, it keeps the dark, dark! I also lost one of my best & closest friends one week ago, same story. It makes me so sad, and I have to even more, try to befriend my own loneliness. Deal with it, without aligning my task and passion with drugs and excuses. Rest in peace!Betty120212
